I m in poland for some months and i would like to have some more infos about rc status here.
I tried to read everything through duckduckgo translator but it has his limit ;-)
from what i understand : there is a list of forbidden substances + analogue/similar substance legislation.
For a substance not on list but that could be considered similar to one in list : they have to prove "intent to use as a psychotrop" which is quite difficult.
Am i understanding correctly?
Another question :
What are the usual issues when such a substance (similar but not on list) is found by customs ?
seize ? visit of police to your place? prosecution (which) ?
Dziękuję bardzo to anyone who can shed me some light on the subject :)
2. Pretty much every legal RC can be bought domestic so customs won't be involved but if you are ordering from abroad if it's caught it's usually tested, if it's legal, there are chances that they will pack it again and send to you, usually they won't. If it's a big amount, well, there's a topic in this forum where a guy ordered kilos of something legal, I don't know what it was but it was RC, and customs asked him what do you need it for.
3. Remember that it's gray zone and vendors cannot sell it as drugs so RCs are masked as washing powders etc. and people are sometimes invited for a small talk with a policeman after seller gets caught, so they can snitch on seller and say 'hey, I knew it was RC and I didn't use it as washing powder'. And seller has a high chance for going to jail.
4. For small orders if they are caught by customs you'll usually get a letter with invitation for questioning as a witness, sometimes policemen will come to visit you, 'I don't know anything about any RCs or drugs mr. officer' is the best answer, as anything can be sent to your address without your knowledge so they can't prove anything.
5. Big orders if caught usually mean knock knock on the door, heard some stories about customs officers/policemen with dogs, but can't prove they're legit.
TL;DR Stay domestic, it's much safer.

analogue/similar substances - if it's not on the list it's generally ok to use it.
What are the usual issues when such a substance (similar but not on list) is found by customs ?
if you buy RC abroad (not in PL) and customs stops your package you will probably never see it back due to long testing procedures :-D
depending on quantity you could also be fined by the ministry of health (sanitary inspection) with puting product on market but not always.
if you buy medical-RC you could also be fined quantity is not important in that case
visit of police to your place - sometimes yes, sometimes no :)
if you buy domestic you dont need to deal with that shit.
if police stops you and find rc's they will test it with portable drug tests with are not very good soooo 9\10 you will probably end up at police hotel for few hours
with false drug possession..... later they will test it in a professional lab but few hours at station i think you get the point
always say it's RC not drugs.
you could also have a visit of police - sometimes
Just like that, one, two, three, four...
What stands out from both of your replies is to stay domestic..
i would help the local economy with pleasure :-D but the rc im working with can have differences in quality which can be dangerous in researching. I know a good source outside pl (ger) but maybe i should try to see if i can find a trustworthy source here.
Młodzież i marihuana w Polsce – jak realnie minimalizować ryzyko?
Rzetelna historia kryminalizacji konopi (USA + kontekst międzynarodowy)
Marihuana to gorsze wyniki w nauce i stres emocjonalny
